* The renter is entirely responsible for the rented object(s) during the time of rent. * Use the rented object(s) for their designated purpose only. * Always lock the bicycle. * It is forbidden to use the bicycle outside of the roads or cycle paths. * It is therefore also explicitly forbidden to use the bicycle on the beach. * It is forbidden to cycle with more than one person on one bike. * An early return does not entitle to a (partial) refund. * The rented objects may not leave the island. * The rented objects should be returned at the place of pick-up at the end of the agreed rental period. * If found to not comply with the terms and conditions, the rented objects will be reclaimed without the right to a (partial) refund. * Further conditions apply as given in the N.C.B.R.M. dated 30 march 1979 by the Districtcourt in The Hague registration number 37/1979.
